IntroVerify, LLC has appointed Data Protection Representative Limited (trading as DataRep) as its representative under Article 27 of the GDPR, Article 27 of the UK GDPR, and Article 14 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Address your letter to DataRep, not to IntroVerify. Post sent to these addresses in our name rather than theirs is unlikely to reach anyone. Say in your letter that you are writing about IntroVerify, LLC, and DataRep will pass it to us. You can also use DataRep's online form at datarep.com/data-request.

Who should write to DataRep. They act for us in the EU and EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
